Jazz Journalists Association group photo

We welcome next-generation (as well as established) writers, photographers, broadcasters, videographers, and webcasters, and ask for ideas and input on how the JJA can better serve our mission to promote jazz and jazz journalism. We especially welcome all journalists who traditionally have been underrepresented in the field due to issues of gender, race, geography, and sexual orientation.

Limited Time Offer for New Members!

The Jazz Journalists Association offers a first-time, one-year membership for $50 available to those who sign up from March 18 through June 1. The membership confers all members‘ benefits except nominating in the 2024 JJA Jazz Awards.
