JJA members got a jump on season by being especially busy in March, leading into
Jazz Appreciation Month and what the JJA calls Jazz Spring. That’s the 2022 Jazz Heroes (announced April 1) and 27th annual JJA Jazz Awards (nominees announced April 15) seeding news and talk about music and jazz journalism – which we’ll pollinate further starting April 1 with The Buzz: The JJA Podcast (available where podcasts are got).
