Alain Drouot is a board member of the Jazz Institute of Chicago and editor of the JazzGram, the organization's newsletter. In addition to hosting a weekly radio program at WNUR-FM (Northwestern University), he is a regular contributor to Down Beat and JazzColours, and serves as the Chicago correspondent for Cadence and Jazz Magazine (France).
